Refunds

 Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  Anewluv sells digital subscriptions and in-app credit (Hearts) processed by our payments partner, Paddle. This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.



  Subscriptions auto-renew


  When you subscribe to Anewluv Plus, Premium, or VIP, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (3-day, weekly, monthly, or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Subscription inside the app, or by emailing

  support@anewluv.com.


  Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. You keep access to your paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of a current period.



  Consumable purchases are non-refundable


  Hearts packs and a la carte add-ons (profile boosts, super-likes, swipe packs, message openings, profile reviews, etc.) are delivered to your account immediately on purchase. Because they are consumable digital goods that have been delivered, they are

  non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by local law.



  EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal


  If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first subscription purchase. To exercise this right, email support@anewluv.com within 14 days with your order details.


  By starting to use a paid feature (sending a super-like, activating a Boost, redeeming a Hearts pack) you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived for that purchase, in line with

  Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).



  Billing errors and accidental purchases


  If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or made an accidental purchase, contact support@anewluv.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your registered email, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We review refund

  requests within 5 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.



  Chargebacks


  If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your Anewluv account pending resolution. We strongly prefer to resolve disputes directly. Most issues we see are accidental and we will fix them quickly.
